I seem to have the same problem now and I can't figure out how to resolve
it. I've deleted all automatically generated files in war/, restarted my PC,
done ant clean; ant; ant devmode, cleaned the browser cache before opening
the page, and checked for any problems with the firefox developer console.
Both the menu and the main panel remain empty.

I have a first version of the GameEditView which should be working but I
cannot test it. Before I go away tomorrow, I can submit my code but might
not be able to test it before. Sorry for that. I should be able to do at
least one other view. Is there any whose implementation is most urgent?
