Leigh, it's official. Because you repeatedly manage to put into words all
my thoughts and feelings, I here by nominate my spokesperson.

One concern I have about having two venues for team communication is

Well, our channel is logged so everything said there will be kept
permanently in a server for anyone to consult if needed.

IMO, we should be addressing everything related to the NewDocs project,
>From what we, and by we I mean the team and the users, want NewDocs to be,
to became, what should be changed (if anything), the need for volunteers,
ways/ideas to bring more visibility to the all project,... IMO, everything
NewDocs' related.

One thing that should be done is to go ahead and make the wiki page with a
section to the meeting/brainstorm and invite people, via the forum thread,
to add their own items to the agenda.

Cheers,
David
