I started to work on the tools:

https://github.com/OCA/maintainers-tools

The first script is the one that copies the members of the maintainers
team to the other teams.
The branch also contains a function to login on GitHub using a token,
that should be shared by all the other scripts.
The other OCA scripts should share the same repo.
