Hello !

Launchpads Web-Interface  is definitely not the way to translate some 500 
modules.

IMHO the way to go is to download all modules off a branch , translate them 
using lokalie,poedit or whatsoever and upload the translated files in ONE tar 
ball.

it would also be nice to have a possibility to "register" a module for 
translation to avoid double translation by different people.

do not know if launchpad could support this.
