Hi,

      I created a appraisal form for an employee.Also I created a
suitable plan for this employee.In that plan there are 3 stages.One is
Top-Down Appraisal Requests,Second is Self-Appraisal Requests,Third is
Final Interview stage.In this third stage,I set to true Wait Previous
Phases.Then I started validation.Then employee and his/her manager
started validation by answering interview questions.Next one is the
third stage,but we cant answer interview questions in this Final
Interview Stage.This Stage is always in draft state.Manager couldn't
answer this stage although above two stages are completed.When will be
this draft state changed to waiting answer state?
