I don't really understand what you call St workstation and Client 
workstation. Is St workstation the ST1 and Client workstation the 
workstation behind ST1 ?

If I'm correct this is ok not to install opensand on Client but you 
cannot see it on manager for this reason.
When I said this is not needed, that also means that this does not need 
to be detected by the manager.
