[Bug 590019] [NEW] First frame on some clips do not have effects or fade applied

Public bug reported:

This is a bug that I can not duplicate consistently so therefore I can
not give an example.

It occurs randomly to some clips, if I have a clip that fades in and/or
I have effects applied to it, the very first frame gets exported (and
also shown in preview playback) without fade or effects applied. It also
gets shown on top of other clips that are on top of it (again, just the
very first frame so it appears in a fleeting moment during playback).

There is a work around: create a new track and put those problem clips
on the new track. I have tried to put together an example for the past 2
hours but I have not been able to duplicate it consistently. It does get
rendered though. All the clips I have used are from .mp4 or .mov videos.
There does not seem to be any consistency in mixing/matching the two.

** Affects: openshot
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
