Title:
veritcal white lines in black area of video

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  New

Bug description:
Videos recorded with glc-capture and converted with mencoder (any
output format) have vertical white lines in the black areas of the
image (see attached screen capture). The white lines remain when video
output is rendered. Tried converting the video beforehand to other
formats, the problem persists. The same file plays okay (with no
artefacts) when using the movie player.

Running Ubuntu 10.04, installation through ubuntu software center.
  Running openshot 1.1.3
