[Bug 652289] [NEW] veritcal white lines in black area of video

 

Public bug reported:

Videos recorded with glc-capture and converted with mencoder (any output
format) have vertical white lines in the black areas of the image (see
attached screen capture). The white lines remain when video output is
rendered. Tried converting the video beforehand to other formats, the
problem persists. The same file plays okay (with no artefacts) when
using the movie player.

Running Ubuntu 10.04, installation through ubuntu software center.
Running openshot 1.1.3
