  /bin/openshot needs to use #!/usr/bin/env python

Bug description:
  The /bin/openshot file needs to use the following syntax:
  #!/usr/bin/env python, instead of assuming the python interpreter is
  located at /usr/bin/python.  Not all distros use /usr/bin/.
