1. You can download BIOS update from USA site and extract it using 
"universal extractor"
2. You can get FlashIt here http://www.sendspace.com/file/dzcv0j (works 
fine for my VGN-Z21)
3. FlashIt syntax "flashit [romfilename] /all"
