I saw some people reported on web, that they've got brightness controls
working with NVidia card. How it can be possible?

(Maybe it's bumblebee project? Anyone tried it with Vaio Z?)

For me this issue is a show-stopper - my eyes can't stand more that 10
minutes of max brightness with NVidia....
