Yes, right now I believe that an hybrid solution would be the best thing.
Avoid reading to disk as much as possible using the database to retrieve the
list of note titles. Then, when someone clicks on a note, load and parse the
file and present it (anything in link:internal tags converted using Linkify
if a title in the db matches). A sync to sdcard option offered to the user
in the menu to force a re-read of everything. That would be for now anyways
