I did after I wrote that. :D

I am rebuilding the base tarball right now.

Have you tested your external hard drive on the most recent one?
If it works correctly I think this next ISO will be a keeper!!

Do you like the window positioning for the progress?

Are there any other issues (please update the base OS before reporting 
anything as I have found/fixed some issues)?

If it doesn't work I will look into the code more and apply a fix and 
rebuild the ISO a few times if needed.
