If we are going to apply a survey to non-Ubuntu users, they won’t probably
know what Ubuntu is, so, we should give them a little introduction,
explaining what an OS is, and the main characteristics of our beloved
system.

Some questions I have thought about:

·        Would you be afraid about trying/switching to a new system? Why?

·        Which are the main tasks you need your computer for?

·        In your opinion, which are the most enjoyable moments while using a
computer?

·        Which are some of the most frustrating experiences you have had
with computers?

Those questions could give us some background (numbers in fact) in order to
decide which aspects should be placed in the ads..
