This lady does not care what an OS is, she knows she was confused when 
at evening classes  in Windows and that her family recommended Ubuntu, 
and not least, it is easy and it keeps working ok!

She is now 90 and has changed from tesco to asda, and is just about to 
change from UKonline ISP (now closing ) to Plusnet. With significant 
family help. However, her friends in the old people's club and 
neighbours, are aware of her exploits and some are now using Ubuntu.
