What i especially like about the mozillateam bug-howto is the idea of a
standardized buglayout. This should in my opinion be adapted to other
packages with a high-volume of bugs filed because it makes it easier for
developers to find the information needed.
And the general process of triaging is the same for all packages.
(Request information, reformat bug-description, forward upstream if
needed) The main difference lies to what information is needed. And this
is a must-have. If you have a kernel-related bug it does not matter what
javapackage you have installed. (Just as an example)
