I'm running 8.04 on my eee (including the ricey scripts). It seems that
compared to 7.10, there has been a regression concerning the eeepc
trackpad. In 8.04 I am unable to use the side scroll function (extreme
right side of the trackpad used to scroll up and down a page).

This may be because in 8.04 System > Preferences > Mouse does not
contain "Trackpad" tab.

This has been tested on the eeepc 700 and 900
