Re: [Question #55883]: installed 8.04.1 on eee 900. Want to expand partition

Question #55883 on Ubuntu Eee changed:
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu-eee/+question/55883

    Status: Needs information => Open

Bob Kaplan gave more information on the question:
I installed eeeBuntu - the standard version 8.10 on my Asus 900. I
downloaded the data and created a boot / install on a 16 GB memory
stick. The installation went well, and I was surprised to see that my
old version of Ubuntu --8.4.1 was not removed. I now have a dual boot
machine, with 8.4.1 living in 4 GB; and 8.10 living in 10 GB. How this
occurred, I haven't a clue. I can boot either system, and with the
exception of a non-functioning webcam, they both seem to work. My
machine is a 20GB 900. I'm not sure what happened to the remaining 6G of
storage. Ultimately, I would prefer to have a single ubuntu system using
the full 20G of storage. If I had to chose one of the releases, I much
prefer the interface of 8.4.1. Again, any advice would be appreciated.
