CQRLog + Rig Control
Well, I've tried different settings to get CQRLog to control my rig. I
do have rig control working with FLDigi, so I know my port and RadioID
and and I'm IN the usergroup and such. But so far, no go with CQRLog.
On the preferences page for TRX Control, I've specified HOST, RIGID,
DEVICE (/dev/ttyUSB1), Poll Rate 500 and PORT 4532. I've left serial
parameters default, other than changing speed to 4800. But I've also
tried adding stop bits (2) and turning on RTS, which are the only
settings I thought had a chance of making a difference with my rig.
Everything else seems to be working fine: clusters, log, eQsl and LOTW,
etc. I THINK that the only issue I have is connecting to my rig (An
FT-1000MPMKV). I do see on the FLDIGI tab, there are check boxes to RUN
FLdigi, to get frequency from FLDigi or CQRLog etc. I've tried making
them all FLDigi and then all CQRLog, but none of those settings seem to
help me with connecting to the rig.
I have spent about and hour and a half now browsing google, the CQRLog
website and anything else that had any hints for rig control, but none
of those ideas have made any difference. What other information could I
give that might help any of you help me connect CQRLog to my rig? I'm
wondering if any of you have any further things for me to try.
Thanks again!
