[Bug 546289] [NEW] (Inconsistent) use of apt-get and aptitude

Public bug reported:

On page 143, the method of package management 'apt-get' is used, while
the package management section starting from page 127 is using aptitude.

There was a discussion in the wiki team which to use and they came to
the rule: use apt-get. It would be a very strange move for the manual to
use aptitude instead.

I know this is a controversial subject, but I think that for the sake of
consistency between manual and wiki, the manual must use apt-get.
