Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu: Fix Released

Bug description:
Binary package hint: ubiquity

I've received a request from sabdfl and the design team to add a password strength meter to the user setup page, removing the need for the weak password dialog.

Please provide a freeze exception for the following:
http://launchpadlibrarian.net/40868597/password-strength.patch

This isn't a major change. The functionality slots into the existing validation process of the user setup page's fields. The password strength test itself comes from Mozilla (GPLv2) and has been around for years.

All new strings are translatable.
