Hi Jim,
First of all, thank you for what you have done so far in chapter 2. I am 
responsible for the Nautilus section, so I will answer a few of your 
questions.
Nautilus is still very much present in my Precise (Unity 2D) version. 
When I open a folder and click info in Menu Help > Info I see: Nautilus 
3.4.2. I also checked (most of) what was written in the Nautilus section 
in my Precise version and what is described in the manual is correct, at 
least on my PC with Ubuntu 12.04 installed. I have asked two questions 
on this list where I was not sure because I have Unity 2D (not 3D).
So, could you please give some examples of commands and features that 
have not been described correctly in the manual (12.04)?
When you type Nautilus in the Dash, you see your personal folder and 
when you open this, you open Nautilus. Perhaps we could mention this in 
the manual.
