Hi David,
No worries. I have compared your file with the one on LP, and since 
there are no differences, there is no need to upload it.
I think Patrick answered your question on bzr. I want to add that he 
assumes you already have the branch on your pc. If you still encounter 
any problems, could you be a bit more specific on what went wrong? Did 
you get any error messages in your terminal? Was the tutorial on our web 
site, http://ubuntu-manual.org/getinvolved/authors, not clear enough?
