1. You scroll up until you reach the first (or last) item from this day.
When you scroll a little bit more up, the month view will collapse into
day view. If you scroll, you can do this in the diary view section.
2. When you do it like above, you can scroll up and down like before.
But when scroll after you hit the first (or last) item of this day. You
won't be able to collapse the month view. You can only collapse it when
you go over the event line (the row labeled with "Events"). This is to
prevent ppl to accidental collapsing the calender view, when there are
no more items on the diary section.
I think the second way is better, but that is just my opinion.
