Small correction. `-b 4` tells system-image-cli to think it's *on* build 4
instead of whatever build it's actually on. It doesn't tell s-i-cli to
upgrade to build 4.
Generally when switching channels it's best to land on the highest image
number in that channel. The recommended way to do that is:
adb shell system-image-cli -c trusty -b 0 -v
When you force the current build number to 0, it will always upgrade to the
highest build number in that channel for that device.
