Now that you mention it, I see that too.  The display seems to 
pause briefly while drawing the white dots inside the center 
circle, just after the fourth dot.  (full dot, full, full, 
highlighted, pause, rest of the dots are hollow)

I'm not sure how long it has been doing this, but it happens 
every time.
