dbus-launch is only called if there is no $DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS
defined in the program that runs gdbus calls. Does that indicate that
we have some race condition/bug in environment passing/some upstart
session job losing environment/similar problem?
Also, it seems a bit strange to me that we run /etc/X11/Xsession.d/ on
a pure Mir/Unity8 session. Almost all scripts should be unnecessary,
except maybe 00upstart. Is that done with the future convergence in
mind?

In case it's easier to do, you can also drop use-session-dbus from
/etc/X11/Xsession.options.
