Re: Problems with duplicated Abandoned requests?

 

Hmmmmmmm i remember writing code that made the form clear but it must not
be getting called for some reason.

How about this: i make the form clear and also redirect to the permalink
page so you only see the new ticket. Is that a good idea? Or will people
prefer to stay on the same page even if it means the new ticket potentially
not being visible?

Another option: dialogue box indicating successful ticket creation.

Let me know what you prefer and I'll implement it on my Monday morning (us
west).
