On your Ubuntu system, you can find a folder where the trashed files exist, at
~/.local/share/Trash/
In there, there are two subfolders, "files/" and "info/".

In "files/", you can find the file that was sent to trash. It has the
original filename. For example, "myfile.txt"
In "info/", you can find corresponding text files with information about
               1. when the file was deleted
               2. the path where the file came from (so that it can be
sent back).
So, for "myfile.txt", there is an "info" file called "myfile.txt.trashinfo".

Thus, those two messages that you need to translate,
  "Could not create trash info file"
  "Could not remove the trash info file"

are messages regarding the internal implementation of the Trash.
The end user should probably not need to deal with "*.trashinfo" files,
and the messages could be changed to something more appropriate.
