I copied over the following files to the new Ubuntu device and all is
fine:

$ tar tvf dekko-config.tar 
-rw-rw-r--  0 phablet phablet  4395 oct. 22 09:21 .config/dekko.dekkoproject/mailboxConfig.json
-rw-------  0 phablet phablet  7368 mar.  4 16:35 .config/dekko.dekkoproject/dekko.dekkoproject.conf
