Hey!

So as for update deployment it's as Rodney already said. By saying
'update fully deployed' this does not mean 'all users now upgraded to
the new version'. I simply meant by this that the update is now fully
phased and is available for everyone to update. With each release we
do this phased upgrade procedure where the update is deployed in
phases only to certain theoretical percentages of users as a
safe-measure - since if there's a critical bug we missed, this way if
we act early enough the number of affected devices will be
considerably lower. After the percentage reaches 100%, the update is
finalized.
