Ok, so, should we still have weekly PPA uploads for Jaunty, or just once 
per month? Or stop them completely for now and generate them on request?

@Rosetta team: what would be the procedure for generating translation 
tarballs on request? Just ping you guys or what?

What export times would make sense for Karmic and Lucid?
