[Bug 982398] [NEW] Synaptic translations disappeared from the package

Public bug reported:

Latest revision (124) in Precise added X-Ubuntu-Use-Langpack to the control file, which made the translations of synaptic disappear from the package.
The problem is that the pot file is not being regenerated: https://launchpadlibrarian.net/101000860/buildlog_ubuntu-precise-i386.synaptic_0.75.9_BUILDING.txt.gz
so the import queue is currently empty, leaving Synaptic entirely untranslated.
