[Bug 473098] [NEW] Switching user makes graphics slow for second user

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xorg

When I switch to another user with the "Switch User..." function, the
graphics for the second user becomes very sluggish. Switching back and
forth reveals that the first user always has normal graphics, while the
second always have slow graphics. Dragging windows and scrolling in
Firefox "stutters".

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login as UserA
2. Use "Switch User..." and login as UserB.
3. Drag Windows around and notice slowness.
4. Use "Switch User..." to switch back to UserA.
5. Drag Windows Around, no slowness.
6. Switch to UserB
7. Drag Windows, slowness
8. Repeat 4-7

Expected results:
Same graphics capabilities for both logged in users. No sluggishness when dragging windows or scrolling.

Actual results:
UserA always have great graphics with no sluggishness.
UserB has bad (almost unusable) graphics with sluggish scrolling and window dragging.

I checked with "top" to see if the X-server was under more stress for UserB than for UserA, but could find nothing of the sort.
The order in which I log in with UserA and UserB does not matter. The user that logs in _first_ gets the good graphics.
