[Bug 492115] [NEW] black screen after xorg upgrade to 1:7.4+3ubuntu10

Binary package hint: xorg

`apport-cli -f -p xorg` run after a reboot into "safe mode"; output
attached.

Interesting failure messages from earlier boot into normal mode:
