And, if they are truncated, they run the risk of losing all inherent value.
Also, you need to define how long is too long while considering the font
size on Ubuntu Quicklists is larger than 7's so we can't have as much data
to start with. And then we have the fact that most items are a few words at
most so you'd be pairing a possibly long string that might be absolutely
useless with several short, punchy ones.
