I still think the Titles should be above , I'm curious how the existent 
system should work (the plugin as I mentioned before has an option for 
titles ,but it doesn't work currently , I have to check if the bug is 
filed) , but that's just an opinion . There is an option now to change 
opacity (for non-mouseovered windows) and that creates the illusion of 
highlighting , so that's again just a default option to be changed .
 Tomorrow I'll try to find someone to push the changes in the options 
(I'm still having trouble navigating the Ubuntu development ecosystem so 
I'd appreciate some advice ) , and will file any missing bug reports . 
If anyone would like to add anything - go ahead , otherwise here's the 
updated list :

 1. Minimized apps shouldn't appear (or should be thumbnails on the 
bottom) . - BUG REPORT

 2. Make the option to close windows with middle click (in Scale 
addons) - CHANGE DEFAULT OPTIONS

 3. Add a "X" like GNOME , so those who don't know about the middle 
click can handle closing. Or have a little caption "close windows with 
middle click" in one of the corners . - DEVELOPMENT (I don't actually 
know if I should file them as bug reports or forward to the dev mailing 
list, probably the first)

 4. Application title above every scaled app. - DEVELOPMENT

 5. Show icon by default . When there are many windows all of them look 
the same and it's best to have the option ,to show icons in the 
bottom-right of the windows ,selected by default . - CHANGE DEFAULT OPTIONS

 6. Change the speed from 1.4 to 4 ? // for testing/discussion - So do 
try it out , I think it's better (CCSM->Scale->speed)

 7. Change opacity from 100 to 90 to get the "highlighting" effect . -
