To balance some of previous mails : I just had a look at the doxygen doc 
(about TriaxialTest).
That is really nice! :-) Congrats Vaçlav for making all this automatic.
New users can find there a good entry point to understand what is 
happening in Yade. I'm slowly commenting more and more.

Just one comment, inheritence tree could be moved at the end of pages 
(html version) or even perhaps removed from the first class page (I bet 
the current behaviour is default though). It is too big to be readable 
and the risk is that people won't browse past this to see comments at 
the bottom of pages (see for instance the page about TriaxialTest).
