BTW see https://yade-dem.org/index.php/API_Changes is you have older
code, I was replacing everything that is in trunk.

We are now more consistent (e.g. LawFunctor we discussed) and hopefully
more descriptive. I started to write tutorial/intro to yade and at that
point I realized what impression the names make.
