190 is correct, see the equations in the comment. It is a bit the same
thing as with boxes in triaxial test. The only problem is the way
stiffness is defined in periodic cell doesn't apply for CundallStrack
laws, that is why I implemented dynamic boundaries originaly.

It doesn't matter as long as you can get a stable packing with the
desired internal stress.
