Can you re-tell us what was the goal and the expected behavior of removing / re-introducing your bodies ?

PS: on a side note, are you using "L3Geom" on purpose ? 
The doc [*] says it's experimental and classical interaction description in YADE usually rely on "ScGeom", and "Law2_ScGeom_FrictPhys_CundallStrack"
