Thank you for your help, using b.state.blockedDOFs = "xy"  did not help
for me purpose. I was not able to increase the time step, when I fixed
along x and y axis.

The "2D" is not the result of this inertia code, but rather from the simulation setup itself (all bodies and load is only in xy plane).

Could please explain why they choose the multiply proportionally all the
inertia component and the mass. I am wondering, since when I used the
code from  the example I was able to increase the time step from 1e-8 to
1e-6.
