I have 5926 org unit separated on 7 levels

 

Regarding cashe levels do you mean browser cash levels?

Dear Nami,

 

Tracker capture not loading like Pamod does not mean you have the same problem as Pamod. It could be other issues.

 

Below were the questions I asked. You answered only the first one.

*  How is your orgunit tree - is it big?

*  Can you also set cache levels?

*  What do you see under developer tools -> Resources -> IndexedDB - > dhis2ou -> ou & developer tools -> Resources -> IndexedDB - > dhis2ou -> ouPartial?

But just fixing the org unit offline levels solved the original issue of tracker capture not loading.

See the screenshot below - you have lots of similar errors. Because of these errors orgunit tree was not loaded. Because tree was not loaded, tracker app was not able to start. You need to fix these errors.

Hi Pamod, Nami,

 

@Pamod, two issues:

 

1. Seems you have a problem with your organisation unit --- there are orgunit names with newline character at the end. And that is breaking the json format when loading orgunit names.

 

2. You have no cache level defined (see here http://148.251.224.242:9081/leprosy/dhis-web-maintenance-organisationunit/organisationUnitLevel.action) - I just set to 2 and that helped in loading orgunits. Tracker app is now working. This is probably because with the cache level set, we avoided loading those problematic orgunits.

 

@Nami,

 

I can't really tell the problem with your system. Some questions

I too can confirm. No errors on console or catalina.out after clearing cache. But tracker capture displaying loading meta-data continuously.

once you have done full cache cleaning, do the following

 

- open your browser "developer tools"

- click on the "Network" tab

- run tracker capture app

 

You should see something happening there. Would be nice if you could share us that.
