More footprints into fewer categories seems to make sense to me also.

Maybe Carl or someone will step and lead by

cleaning,
screening,
and sorting.

Now and into the future.

If we move the footprints to github, converting them to pretty along the way, then we can
simply delete the bzr ones and have a single point of maintenance.

The time to do that is after everyone is using fp-lib-table support, because that is what
enables the pretty format. Compiling in GITHUB_PLUGIN is *not* a similar prerequisite,
since a person should be able to download and install our standard libraries locally as
before (but from github.com and in pretty format).

The barriers to users using fp-lib-table support reliabily are mostly gone. Maybe 3 weeks
and we could make it the default build.
