For a clarification, I mean KiCAD build, not OCC, all bells and whistles as
github, 3dview etc. are features, in which an ordinary user may feel lost.
So making them as separate plugin repositories gives less confusion to users and
less waste of time for developers. That will be usable for GUI translation too,
as actually it's part of legacy documentation in which only translations are 
updated.
