The way I understand milestones is that they are supposed to track bugs
and blueprints to a specific code branch but this only works if you
Bazaar.  Honestly, I don't think it's very well implemented which is why
I've avoided using it.

I've been using the milestones strictly as a release tool with source
archives.  Using them for pretty much anything else is worthless unless
you use bazaar as your vcs.  Maybe some day, Canonical will integrate
git as well but I'm not holding my breath on that.  Until that happens,
I would rather not spend the time trying to make it work.
