You don't want to delete bugs that you won't ever fix. Close them and mark them as "won't fix". If someone else tries to report the same bug in the future they will (possibly) see the old report and see that it is something that won't be fixed so they won't bother to file a new report.

That assumes they properly check for an old/existing bug report before filing a new report.
