Hmm, there's not a lot we can do in that case until we can support 2x
resolution icons.

On the plus side, AFAIK, WX 3.0 on OSX *does* support scale detection
(GetContentScaleFactor), so we can know when to feed it 52x52 icons.
We just need the icons to be rendered at 52x52 and a way to choose
that at run time.

Then the next step will be drawing nicer, more detailed icons
specifically designed for 52x52.
