Re: What's the state of the zone outline thickness stuff?

Whoops! Excuse me while I go face-palm...

Thanks for checking this.

Hi Seth,

We’re not adding that curve; it’s in the Eagle file:

<polygon width="0.1524" layer="1" spacing="0.6096" isolate="0.3048" rank="2">
<vertex x="102.108" y="53.848"/>
<vertex x="102.108" y="-0.508"/>
<vertex x="-1.016" y="-0.508"/>
<vertex x="-1.016" y="52.832" curve="-89.13168"/>
<vertex x="0" y="53.848"/>
</polygon>

Hi Jeff-

That one was the Due reference design [1] but for me it happens on all Eagle zones.

Hi Seth,
I’m not seeing the same behaviour. Could you send me the Eagle file
you were using for that screen-shot?
Thanks,
Jeff.

Actually, something fishy is going on with the MiterLimit. It
should be rounding the fill, but not the outline (even in strategy

We need to go to strategy (b) to fix that (use the zone’s fillet
radius to round the corners).
I’ll look into it….

Hi Jeff-
I just checked a couple of Eagle boards and the imports are now
slightly problematic. See the attached image. This corner is
square in Eagle. It can be very difficult to edit zones with a
bunch of extra points, so I'd like to avoid this if possible.
